Erik Kramer is the Chicago Bears single-season leader in passing yards with 3838. Kramer led the Bears to a 13-3 record and a berth in the NFC Championship Game in 1995. He was named to the Pro Bowl that season and was also named the NFL Comeback Player of the Year.
